Yeah very true. There are already too many Germans in F1. He needs drivers from new markets and guys like Petrov and Chandok fit the bill perfectly, although I doubt anyone in India would go to a race just to see Chandok ( other than his relatives )

Congrats on getting a podium after 2 years. It was a great race from Nick. Too bad he stayed out longer in the first stint or he could have finished 2nd. Great job defending against Lewis in the first stint and against Webber towards the end. He proved his doubters wrong today again.

Nick is doing allright in FP 2 Valencia. Nick is still among the best drivers in F1

I think his qualifying pace has been his undoing. His quali pace was always not very good, but to be beaten so badly by Petrov in quali did his reputation no good. He was good in the races though and he is still ahead of Petrov inspite of having a number of non finishes. Sad to see him go this way in the middle of the season.
