woow, i just watched 5x06, and yeah it was good and all, but the preview for 5x07 was better than the whole episode. the dream/reality stuff will be kickass. i bet it's gonna be a great.

Re: The Doctor Who & Torchwood Thread
Now I have only seen one Doctor Who episode since the 1980s. How does one catch up with modern Doc Who......which season to start?
Oh and one must also try to catch some older classic episodes too to be a true fan right?
Otherwise its like a Trekkie who has only seen TNG and Voyager

you can buy dvd's or chose a more illegal way to watch them.
almost all episodes are on youtube i think. but the quality is of course low. you choose. it's a good show. i really enjoy watching it.

Re: The Doctor Who & Torchwood Thread
I tried to watch the Shakespeare one whilst gaming. It was so dumb how they can turn up in our 2000s clothes and language and seemingly no one suspects them of being different.

How many strange people have you seen on the streets? I've seen some really odd things. Never once thought they have travelled in time.

the cloths problem, yea..thats always a problem, but the doctor always wears that..so everyone ignores that (most of the time)
and, regarding the language, the TARDIS translates it.

Re: The Doctor Who & Torchwood Thread
it must be the Perception filter the TARDIS creates
but i don't like them running around in 21 century clothes either

he changes clothes..but he puts a simular thing back on..its tradition and has always been that way. It makes it easier to recognise a doctor for being unique.
i am sure there is a shower in the TARDIS somewhere.
I wonder where they sleep?
