[F1] Michael Schumacher Fan Club.
I wonder if any of the Schumi fans have shifted to the new forum yet.
So here it is, the thread dedicated to one of the greatest drivers ever and statistically the most successful driver ever.

Hi Purist. I posted a link to this forum just now in the old one. Seems like you found it before my post.
This forum is more free. No more restrictions. Hopefully, it doesnt close down coz i see there is a post requesting donations. But it is ad supported, so hopefully it should stay.

Hello MS fans,
I think the spark went out of F1 when Michael retired. It certainly did for me. Can't see another driver as entertaining and successful ever coming along.
Cheers
Mike

Schumi won the Massa cart race after winning the first in the first race and finishing 2nd in the second race. Massa finished 3rd in the first race and won the second race.
Go Schumi.
Go Schumi.

Re: [F1] Michael Schumacher Fan Club.
He was participating in Massa's Go Kart race till yesterday. Not sure what he is doing today though
.
Felipe Massa took a popular victory in the second leg of his charity karting event the International Challenge of Go-Kart Champions at Florianopolis in Brazil today.
The Brazilian beat his former Ferrari team-mate Michael Schumacher to victory by just 0.087 seconds - the pair having fought through the field as their third and first places in yesterday's opening heat had left them starting down the order on the partially reversed grid.
Schumacher's combination of a win and a second place made him the outright champion of the annual event, ahead of Massa, who was having his first competitive race since his Hungaroring accident in July.
Rubens Barrichello had led the early laps of today's heat and eventually finished fourth behind IndyCar driver Vitor Meira.

Re: [F1] Michael Schumacher Fan Club.
Michael Schumacher says he has fully healed from his neck injury and indicated that he has not ruled out a return to Formula One next season.
Schumacher made the comments in Brazil, where he competed in a charity karting race hosted by former Ferrari teammate Felipe Massa.
When asked by local reporters whether he would be back in F1 in 2010, the German told the Terra Web site and other media: "Who knows?"
Schumacher said Sunday he has recovered from the neck injury that kept him from attempting a temporary comeback with Ferrari earlier this year.

Re: [F1] Michael Schumacher Fan Club.
In the absence of a clear denial or an official announcement, speculation that Michael Schumacher is planning to return to F1 next year with Mercedes GP continues to grow.
The 40-year-old seven-time World Champion's father Rolf told the Cologne newspaper Express: "Michael is training every day like crazy. He's not doing that for nothing."
Bild newspaper reports that Schumacher gave his old neck-training machine to Nico Hulkenberg, because he has bought a brand new one.
F1 chief executive Bernie Ecclestone recently played down the suggestions about a comeback for the former Ferrari driver, but is now having seconds thoughts.
YOU BEAUTY !! ...... there is STILL hope ..... LOOKS GOOD !!!!

Re: [F1] Michael Schumacher Fan Club.
I just hope he doesn't fool us this time. If he is making a comeback, just go ahead and announce it or deny it once and for all. And even if he announces he is coming back, i won't believe it till i see him in the car in Bahrain 2010.

Don't forget Red Devil Fan - a very young Michael Schumacher was actually contracted to Mercedes as a Sports Car driver BEFORE he even drove his first F1 race for Jordan - Mercedes-Benz even had to pay Jordan some $150,000 just for the chance for him to drive at that one (his FIRST) 1991 F1 race !!!!!!!
Would be fitting for him to again drive for Mercedes-Benz!!
My opinion: After his 2 World Drivers titles with Benetton, if he had rather chosen to drive for McLaren Mercedes in 1996 - he'd have MORE than 7 world titles by the time he retired - when Michael won the World F1 Drivers' Championship in 2000 it was Ferrari's first F1 Drivers' World title in 21 years

Re: [F1] Michael Schumacher Fan Club.
Schu's manager hints at Christmas delay ......... The Michael Schumacher camp is still giving nothing away while refusing to quell rumours linking the 40-year-old with a 2010 return to Formula One. .......... Meanwhile, Nico Rosberg has revealed he would welcome sharing a Mercedes GP garage next year with the most successful driver in F1's history.
....... Intriguingly, however, Weber mentioned the looming festive season, on the same day that Mercedes' Norbert Haug also warned that the identity of Nico Rosberg's teammate might not be known until after Christmas.
Fingers Crossed ... fingers crossed ...fingers crossed ....
Schuy and Mercedes-Benz ...... WOW
- NOW that would be a GREAT Christmas present

Re: [F1] Michael Schumacher Fan Club.
Speculation over the possible comeback of Michael Schumacher continues, with Mercedes CEO Nick Fry refusing to quash rumours the former world champion could be in talks to partner Nico Rosberg.
Schumacher has been linked with a return to Formula One ever since he was lined up to stand in for the injured Felipe Massa at Ferrari last season. That deal fell through after an injury to Schumacher's neck proved more serious than at first thought. However, a new deal is now rumoured to be on the table with Mercedes that German newspaper Bild reports to be worth £7 million.
