Your full name
Your full address, including your country of residence
Your nationality (we are hoping to get applicants from a range of countries)
A brief explanation of why you think you are the world’s biggest Vodafone McLaren Mercedes fan, including details of any stories or incidents that underline your passion for the team
Your daytime contact number
A full body shot of yourself, taken in the last three months (this needs to be in emailable .jpg format)
Your clothes size (we’ll need this for the kit we’ll provide for the shoot)
Your membership number (if you are a Team Vodafone McLaren Mercedes member)


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you are 18 years old or over and would like to volunteer, please fill out your details. The participants will be selected by a panel from all valid entries after the closing date of the promotion. Successful applicants will be informed by e-mail or telephone at the e-mail address or telephone number provided at the time of entry. Participants will need to make their own travel arrangements – McLaren will be able to make a contribution towards these.



Applications accepted until 8 January 2010.
