Hamilton has been talking a lot about Alonso lately. i can't remember now, but about a month ago, he made another statement like that, about 2007 season, and how it was his season etc.

Also Massa seems to be taking some small shots at Alonso, about Singapore, about how Alonso needs to prove himself in the team. blah blah... he hasn't replied to any of them.

in fact, the guy seems to be quite silent. in the last 2 months i read only 2 comments from him. one about how signing Ferrari is the biggest event of his career, and the other about what he thinks about the refueling ban.

but i believe he'll join some interviews this week, in the ongoing Wrooom event.

I like how much Massa and Hamilton have been talking lately (2008 & 2009) about Alonso, how he has ignored them and how much people still label him as a trouble maker. 2007 is more than two years behind.

Anyway, let's wait to see if the season proves me right or wrong and never underestimate the terrific Power of the Written Press , which is specially strong when there is no racing. I like both Lewis and Felipe and I hope this kind of things not to happen...

I agree with you, camon, they had the very same points. Now that's positive thinking, if only each time I draw in football I make my team believe that we destroyed the other team... Even if we loose by one goal we almost blew them away, then we'll be unstoppable in our happiness searching.

I think alonso is shaping himself quite well for this season.. and those who makes claims about him.. are feeling insecure.. they should be.. Alonso in Ferrari... he beats schumi when schumi was driving a ferrari.. (will he beat schumi in silver? I hope not.. )

Since the low point of his feud with LH & Spygate I wasnt thinking so highly of Fernonso.....but since then I have been liking him more and more and have come to the conclusion that he is a pretty cool guy.

he matured a lot in the years passed since. Question is if he matured enough, and we'll only get the answer to that question, if Massa will be at least on par with him.

Alonso is in some sort of a press conference and a woman keeps asking him really weird questions. like "we know you like getting massages before the race, i can give you an adress where you can get a massage with 'happy ending'" and she also asks "what does he think Barrichello needs to win the world championship - a miracle or a team-mate like Nelson Piquet?" and in the end, she tries really hard to give him the free passage to the massage place?? -i think. i couldn't understand much from her accent.

Pixx, CQC is a TV show made in various countries where reporters are supposed to ask funny and irreverent questions to politicians and people in sports, spectacles and so on. At least in Spain, it was really funny in the past. Usually celebrities know that they don't have to take their questions too seriously.

Alonso 'excited' by Schumacher return

Ferrari's new recruit Fernando Alonso says he is looking forward to renewing his rivalry with seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher in 2010.
Schumacher won five world titles with Ferrari but is returning with Mercedes, who, as Brawn, won both titles in 2009.
"When Michael left it was not the same beating the others," Alonso, who pipped Schumacher to the 2005 and 2006 titles before he retired, told BBC Sport.
"To beat a legend is very motivating. Now he's back it's very special."
Schumacher's renewed rivalry with Alonso is one of the most eagerly anticipated match-ups of the new season, alongside 2008 champion Lewis Hamilton's first competitive meeting with Schumacher.

Good that even Alonso is looking forward to the return of the legend! .... let the fun begin

The reporters asked Fernando about Hamilton's "blew away" comment. he said this:

"If I have to answer to all that he says I would use up too much time," he shrugged, according to the Daily Telegraph.
