A look at tyre damage in game.

Could probably have been better made but the fact that they do have visible tyre damage and the tyres actually do react depending on which direction you're turning, well, that's something decent at least.

This is probably first vid though, where I've thought the car really looks like the real thing. The RBR nose and all that, it has a realistic look to it. The Renault looked a bit more computer gamey, maybe because of the bumblebee colours.

3. Kobayashi (the player) rejoined the track after going into the gravel and collected sideways with the Redbull, thus the flying front wing/nose and the Virgin was another innocent victim. The full vid had the Red Bull pretty high up in the air too, although not as dramatic as Webber's...

Just read...in this game, FP is a big part of the game. If you complete some R+D work and set a target lap time you unlock a new part of the car, such as better brake pads or a new throttle mapping system..etc

Just got myself a Logitech G27 after mucking around with a controller for 2yrs+! Man, it's a whole new beast!

Replayed Monza and my timings dropped from 1:24.xxx to 1:25.xxx. But that's just less than 10 laps mucking around with the wheel.

Suddenly, F1:CE feels like a new game Very Happy

Can't really remember my Monza settings, something like:

Front: 18%
Rear: 13%

Front Camber: -1.5
Rear Camber: -0.8
Toe: -0.13

Or something like that.... gear ratio is for Speed, didn't tweak that one much.

Seems that I'm losing the most time at the 2 right handers after the 2nd chicane.... can't seem to find the right braking and exit points. I keep hitting the inner barrier or running wide....

OK so it now seems that im in the market for a G25, maybe a G27 but they are way too much $$$.

Ive been looking on ebay and they are around the $250 so i think ill get one and start practicing on F1EC before F12010 comes out in 2 weeks.

My only concern is the used factor with the G25 or unless i can find a new 1 for around $250.

What platform are you getting F1 2010 for?
