Re: The Photo Thread
That's nice if we join with Frenchies with photos,
but they are too good, so can we still keep it separate.

Re: The Photo Thread
I'm really glad this is back.
The quality of work here is great and I'm do hope others will post more pictures.
I enjoy the fine quality but I also really het pleasure from "ordinary" photos that just show people's surroundings and reflect their lives.
Ray
PS Well done everybody.

No snow here ever either (have to drive 5 hours to see it on a mountain).
Summer now and town will soon be full of tens of thousands of drunk people for the big new years celebrations (an inevitable riots)

Into the french part of the forum we organize a photo competition.
The topic of the current competition (in french : "Le temps qui passe" ) is very hard to translate to english, but "time elapsing" can be near en sence.
You can vote for your 3 favorites photos with a simple post on the thread:
http://www.nextgen-forum.com/forum-bistrot-f5/concours-photo-n8-theme-le-temps-qui-passe-l-heure-du-vote-t12.htm

The deadline for the vote is today at 15h00 (French timezone).

We are talking about the future here:
http://www.nextgen-forum.com/forum-bistrot-f5/concours-photos-projet-championnat-2010-t324-25.htm
For the next year we plan to organize a championship with a Monthly competition.
We are realy exciting to compete with english spoken members, and we plan to provide english writen rules, topics and schedule.
The rules of the competition remain on talking stage, but we hope to start the championship early 2010.
