I can't post a picture as I've eaten it! Very Happy

I've been out mountain biking since the race ended but I didn't have any lunch with me so I stopped at a store and picked up;

Hummus
Guacamole
Olives stuffed with Anchovies
Hot Salsa
Pitta Bread

I pulled over on a mountain top, sat in the sun and stuffed my face Very Happy

A cold beer would have washed it down well but I don't drink and cycle - lol Cool

Oooops! I forgot to take a photo and we ate it now Embarassed
However it looked a little like this http://images.wikia.com/recipes/images/6/64/Schnitzel1.jpg

But is just flour and egg....no bread crumbs
Two pork steaks or similar pounded until approx 0.5 cm thick
dip in flour then beaten egg with pepper and salt to taste, then fried until cooked through
served with lettuce tossed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar and oven baked sliced potato chips
followed by strawberries and sour cream

Oh I forgot, some red wine too mrgreen

All eaten at the bistro table in the garden Cool

Well I've been away on holiday in a north Devon village with a nice restaurant and despite all attempts to go elsewhere I dined there everynight!

Here's why...

Thai Mussels

Seafood Curry

Seafood Noodles

Banoffee Pie
