Yes, Moto GP goes to Indy and Laguna Seca (not sure of the contracts with Indy) but they will race at this new circuit in 2013.
This is going to be a multi-purpose facility for racing and all kinds of other things.
I am just so excited that we get an F1 race in the USA again in a totally cool city in Austin!

They've got a USA race at Laguna Seca, but it's only for the MotoGP class, the 125cc and Moto2 won't race there like they normally do on grand prix weekends.
Good news for the track though, I hope F1 will make an awesome return to the States, it's good for the sport, good for business (immense auto market), good for fans.

Kudos to the Austin USGP Organizers.
It's About Time.
Finally, after 30 years... the possibility of a Real USGP!

Looks really nice.
What makes me sad is the lack of gravel traps.
What excites me is the likeness of the front straight to the A1 Ring!
Speaking of which, it is now called the Red Bull Ring

It goes the opposite way to first corner at the A1 Ring. It is also funny, the graphic makes it seem ridiculously steep at first but the 3d impression makes it seem less impressive.

This is an article from F1 Racing magazine in February. They have obviously made progress since this was written but it has a ton of details.
