Your Simple Pleasures?

Post by RaySinKa on Fri 25 Nov - 18:06:11

Simple and inexpensive only, excludes sex, as relationships are rarely simple and never inexpensive Very Happy

Today ! spent the morning riding my mountain bike. It was cold and damp in the freezing fog so when I got home I went to the gym and laid in both the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

The joy as the heat penetrated my body was really wonderful Very Happy

Sauna is a really good one Ray. Very relaxing. Smile

I like taking extra long bubbly, creamy baths. Very Happy I feel completely relaxed afterwards. Very Happy

Listening to my favorite songs loudly while driving. I could drive around for hours...

Watching really bad romantic comedies. Always puts me in a good mood. Smile

Watching 90's sitcoms over and over. They're always fun and not tiring at all.

Any nature walk.

Taking photos of things surrounding me (like the streets i walk on).

Orange juice.

Listening to Luciano Pavarotti or Mozart.

Walking on rain.

Feeling the summer wind on my face.

Watching snowflakes fall.

Smell of freshly cut grass.

Making others smile.

Working out.

Game night when Kentucky plays college basketball. They might not do as well if I don't wear the fan gear. Laughing

When my boss leaves work for lunch, I get an hour to myself to eat and catch up on goofy sitcoms like Family Guy.

Weekends at home where we can get stupid with wine and not have to deal with people. Cool

- My ritual for Saturday mornings: go running to the mountains, having a shower and, finally have a large beer and olives with friends

- The weekend indoor football match

- Having a 40 minutes long siesta

- Eating the food that it took me long to cook

- Reading books on my bed just before falling asleep

- The process of planning a travel

- Painting and drawing, although it's been a lot of years since I last had enough time to do this

With the way fuel rates are going up, driving is no longer an inexpensive pleasure ( i doubt it ever was before either Laughing ).
