Happy Chinese New Year

The Year of the Dragon has arrived and I celebrated with friends last night with another "Hotpot" meal;

Spicy and Simple Soup.

A Pile of Beef and Lamb, my Mum was shocked at the amount of food.

Prawns, Calamares, Crab Sticks and Potatoes.

Chinese Friends.
