Favorite Supercars

Post by Rus-Evo on Fri Jan 27, 2012 7:45 pm

W e never seem to talk about exotic cars much. What are your favorite dream cars. Here are some of mine:

This is actually a replica that has the same body panels as a Stratos, but it a Ferrari 430 underneath.

Also I would not mind a RHD restored one of these:

Mclaren made another good one. Its better than a McLaren F1 road car, but why would I rather have the old McLaren F1?

A nice looker from Merc:

Super-cars??? I remember my older cousins and I looking for #43. "John" the eldest cousin had a whole stack of Hot-Rod magazines we all used to look through and always searched for Richard Petty...

OK but a Hot Rod is NOT a Supercar......... but hot rods are cool so its welcome.

Do you like those Plymouth Superbirds?

No car, before or since, has ever said, "Get the f*** out of my way, peasant." quite as well as the V8 Vantage. I've always loved everything about them. Was also the fastest production car in the world back in its day. Brutal.

I take it that the peasants are working on the land... judging by the wheel arch gaps this is an off-road vehicle?

Oh yeah it should have rubber bands on massive rims to fill the arches. I forgot you were a chav wheel lover.

Thankfully you weren't allowed near the Aston design offices!

Actually, even though you are a blind old coot, that one did look a bit jacked up at the back.

Chav!! haha!.. but yes, I like modern tyres/profiles..

Perhaps a little lowering would help...? (No, it wouldn't..)

Glad to see Aston now have proper designers.. I'd gladly have one...

Old cars should have old school mags........ when I see a classic with 17 inch rims I want to slap em over the back of the head.

Big mags on a late model Subaru Legacy could work, but not the ridiculous ones!!
