Amazing result.

I hope I would have the same strength of resolve if ever facing the similar challenges in life.

Report (rumours) that Ross Brawn will replace Bernie at some point in the near future!

EDIT: Not quite replace, but sporting boss of F1.

Seems like Bernie's Far East dreams are falling to bits as both Malaysia and Singapore lose interest.

Malaysia will stop hosting a Formula 1 grand prix after their current agreement expires in 2018.

A day after seemingly sounding the death knell for the Singapore Grand Prix, Formula One chief executive Bernie Ecclestone said yesterday that he is hopeful discussions on keeping the race in Singapore will be "sorted out".

F1 has been slowly but effectively moved away from Europe. This trend is not stopping here.

How did Alonso become the most popular F1 diver per a recent pole? I mean what has he done to vault to the top after 1 race? I don't have a hate with Alonso. He expresses his negative views about a lousy car.  Hey Alonso, what else have you done for me lately?

Missed that mute point.  Therefore, Alonso vaulted to the top of popularity charts because of the talent we haven't seen yet.

Who's counting these votes anyways?  The auditors who messed up the Oscars!!  Laughing

Why do you shoot your criticism to Alonso and not to Honda who are the only responsable for their actual mess?...

Honda forced McL to use their engine, and McL forced Fernando to join their team? Makes sense.

Well Alonso is certainly living in La La land.....

What did Hamilton see at Mercedes and why did Alonso think he saw the same at McLaren?
I thought it was LH who wasn't meant to be very cerebral...

I'm not a Fernando hater Rolling Eyes
You're missing the point Zota.
We know FA is a talented driver in a shitty car for past 2 years.
But how or who is vaulting FA to the top of this year's driver popularity vote after 1 race where he Did Not Finish? What was the criteria? scratch

I never said you are a FA hater. Just the class of a driver must not be related to their last result. Maybe you need to ask yourself why he is actually the best paid driver in the F1 paddock Very Happy

I can't believe FA went to McLaren for the $$$$.... surely not...  He must have believed
the promises/hype he was being fed...

Right now I think he would 'do a Senna' and offer to drive for nothing if you gave him a
winning car...

Absolutely agree. He do not forgot how to drive for sure, and keeping a dog car like the Mcl32 in the points, has much more merit than to drive a good car to the victory...

FA like all the other drivers with short careers is in it for the money. The only FREE THING in F1 is giving out opinions.
+ FA is the most popular driver
+ LH is more concerned about a singing career
+ Seb will leave Ferrari at the end of his contract
+ Kimi's contact won't be extended
+ Lance has no talent despite all the Championships he's won in the Feeder series
+ No true F1 driver will retire to Formula-E
+ Etc.......Etc..... Etc

Nonsense!!   I do not believe for one moment that LH, FA or even SV are in F1 for the money.
Not that is not nice to be highly paid for your talent and doing something you love...

+ FA is one of the most popular drivers
+ Totally untrue
+ Probably
+ True
+ Perhaps
+ Very true!!
