"It felt better than sex!", Lewis Hamilton after his first GP win.
"Maybe he has never tried sex?", Kimi Räikkönen's comment on that.

I won't make another thread lol.

Hamilton looks likely to be DQ'd due to tyre pressures being too low. Pressures checked by the FIA on the Mercs and Ferrari whilst on the grid before the race, due to safety concerns after Spa and Pirelli's recommendation.

My two questions are, if this is a safety thing, why were only 2 teams checked, and secondly, why let them race when they knew the tyres were in an unsafe pressure zone?

They should be disqualified? Yes, the rules are there and they caught them out. Is it unfair? Somewhat. Who knows how many other teams would have fallen foul of this rule if they had actually been checked?

As for the race itself, not much to say. Was annoyed to see Kimi start or lack there of. Too bad Rosberg's engine expired before we could see a fun battle between him and Vettel.

Yes, all teams should have been checked, but sanity prevailed in the end...

I think Pirelli over reacted to criticism, mainly from a very disappointed Vettel, at the
last race..

I think Nico would have gotten Vettel but sadly we will never know..

Just going out to put 0.3 bar in my rear tyres ready for the weekly shop...

NICO ROSBERG

Is his luck starting to turn finally? He didn't lose as much on Hamilton as he gained with the Monaco nonsense, but it's getting closer to being representative of relative performance.

Regarding tyre pressures.

Why the cryptic comment from the Pirelli representative on the grid, who when
asked if teams were complying with their directive said ''most'' were....

What did they already know??

I don't think they'd have done it before the "anthem ceremony". They only measured the Merc and Ferrari teams' tyres, so it doesn't make a difference.

Claiming "most" teams are complying with the regulations when they only measured 4 cars.
