I'm voting 12, with Stefan GP and without Campos or USF1.

If Ferrari's machinations ever amounted to anything, it would be one team every year.

I think Stefan GP won't get a slot as there is very little time and the FIA is normally very slow to complete any process. I think USF1's place on the grid will be taken away and the 13th slot will be reopened for bidding but it will be for the season 2011, so that other teams like Lola and Prodrive will also apply and Stefan will stand little chance of getting it. His best chance of making it to the grid will be if they open bidding for this year or if he buys USF1's entry.

I would, but as Nicolas Todt is negociating with Stefan GP so some driver he manages drives for them, maybe he has an insider who knows what FIA plans to do mrgreen

Campos is now "Hispania Racing F1"...

That's pretty cocky of them... That'd be like McLaren turning "Great Britain Racing" or USF1 going "America F1"

No US F1 was already a nationalistic name Wink

Hispania is the Iberian peninsula. Not Spain. That's what I was trying to point out.

Clearly I have to be more explicit with my posts. I apologize.

You don't need to. You were pointing to the regional side of the name, and I was pointing to some "nationalistic" (Carabante the new owner doesn't give a damn about Portugal) interest to create some identity among the fans.

Like Force India maybe.

Seems like Campos or Hispania racing will have Senna and Chandok as their 2 drivers with Lopez as their 3rd driver.

Chandok will definitely be the last driver in the charts.

No doubt about that.
