OK people lets get ourselves organised.

The rules are:
1, We take turns posting the odds from betting organisations.
2, You must bet $10,000 each race
3, You must repay your $10,000 at the end of each race (tough huh?)
4, You may make up to three bets with the $10,000
5, You can make a default bet in case you cant make it or forget
6, You must use the same odds as are posted.
7, You must beat Monstar by seasons end
8, You must calculate your winnings and loosings so that a leaderboard can be drawn up.
9, You must have fun

If someone joins mid season, his/her starting total would be the number of previous races mutliplied by 10,000$ in the negative.

Monstar starts with -100,000$ .

Edit: I will post the odds for Bahrain soon. Maybe someone else will take up the responsibility for the next race.

Sorry arizal for being unclear. No money changes hands, its all imaginary (we dont want Monstar to have all our money).

The odds are the ratio of the bet. For example the bookies (people who make the odds) may analyse and think that Lewis to win the race is 2.10. This means that if you bet $100 on Lewis to win, you will get $210 as your prize, but if he doesnt win you loose the $100).

@Arizal. The game is very easy. I didn't know the first thing about betting when i joined this game, after having avoided even reading the thread for the whole first season thinking it was real money . You can start posting your bets after you see what other people have bet and you will have an idea on how to go about it. Just remember, you need to place your bets before Quali on Saturday ( unless you want to bet on FP1 in which case you have to put your bet before FP1 begins).

I think we need to advertise our thread more and get more new members. Not many people visit the Games Forum anyway.

So , if Alonso wins the race but Massa doesn't get the pole and Webber doesn't get the podium, my total after the race will be :
5000$ X 3.50 = 17500$
3000$ X 0 = 0$
2000$ X 0 = 0$
Total Winnings = 17500$
Balance after Bahrain = 17500 - 10000 = 7500$

Yep, every race you get 10,000 no matter what, imagine it comes from a very generous bank. I think at the end of last season only 5 people were in the green? Everyone else was red.

Like Webhead has said, you will get 10000$ every race, no matter what. Your balance will be added up after every race with the previous balance( including the negative amount ).
